August 31 - September 3, 2007

This short Work & Witness trip included 11 from Menifee Valley Nazarene and 8 from Gateway Nazarene in Murrieta.

The team built a custom jungle gym, teeter-totter, soccer goals, volleyball net, and poured a comcrete basketball court.

On Saturday and Sunday, part of the team conducted a VBS program with singing and puppet shows in Spanish. Nearly 35 children participated in the program at the El Rosario Nazarene church.

Pastor Samuel (standing in the doorway) presented the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the children after each VBS program.

Part of the team built a chain-link fence around the Children's Home playarea to keep for added safety. The road behind the wall is the main highway through town.
Rollie, Mama Espinosa's daughter runs the restaurant, and with her husband Oscar oversees the Children's home.
